I agree with Aly, probably "chormed" Destro.

nice so no trooper lets hope it will be one that they will repaint and mass relseas if its not one we have seen yet.

I have a hard time believing that Hasbro would release a character we aren't already getting, won't be released to mass retail, or that isn't just a repaint, as a con-exclusive that isn't a Joe convention. a comic convention is hardly the avenue to distribute an "original" figure or character that will not be distributed to Joe fans.

Yeah, anyone expecting more than a repaint is gearing up for a let down. SDCC figures are, almost always repaints... sometimes remolds, at the most a new head...

I'd say, based on the questions answered thus far, and considering we only have 3 male Cobra figures coming thus far...

It's gonna be a chrome-headed Destro. It's easily the most recognizable and best remembered feature of the early Cobras, and Destro's the only one of the three thus far that doesn't have a repaint of any kind scheduled.

Hasbro's gotta get mileage out of that mold somehow.

I still think it will be something we've seen back in the day, either from the comic, TV show, or toy line, not something like an "arctic" version or whatever. My vote is still for Scarface or a chrome-headed Destro (which would be sweet!).

Im ruling out all of these. Over at Master Collector they have been asking a bunch of question. So far they know the following.....

Its a 3 3/4 figure

Its a cobra

Its male

Its not a troop builder

A version of this was not released in the 80's. its more recent.

That kinda of narrows it down some. Im thinking Alexander w/ removable helmet, Sgt Major, or maybe Overlord.

I'm betting a crimson-colored Cobra Commander.

I'm ready for it...

If it's going to be using a 25th ann. body/mold/sculpt,

...then yes, I'm betting on an all-black hooded CC or, like someone suggested, a crimson colored hooded CC. The first was released in the 90s (Battle Corps) and the second was released just a couple of years ago in that battle pack, right?

You would be correct. And if that turns out to be true, I'm going to have to borrow VH's stamp.
