WHo picked up First Appearance 4?

I picked up the Aquaman. Nice paint job, good sculpt and articulation, cool sword. I liked the Blued Beetle and Atom too. May pick them up.

I want aquaman, they are have him transported from another comic shpo to the one I go to, so I have to wait a week.

I might pick up the Blue Beetle...however i am not a fan of Jonn's new costume, but to have an accuate collection i guess i have to pick him up too...its a shame because the McGuinness one is sooo awesome!

I got the Martian Manhunter figure. Not a huge fan of the current costume, but I really liked the sculpt. so i got it.

I had no intention of getting any of them, but then I saw them in person. They are awesome figures - probably the best looking DC Direct figures ever. The paint in fantastic and their articulation is good. I'm honestly not real big on the redesigns of these characters, but I am going to order the entire set from CornerStoreComics.

I got them all (I always buy all the DC Direct figures). They're all great. I'm particularly happy with these, because they are (mostly) all characters that haven't been made before.

 

A question, though...Exactly how are you supposed to put Blue Beetle's wings/shield thing on him? All I could figure out was to put it on one of his arms. Anyone else have a better idea?

the wings split and go on each arm....

I thik this is a lackluster line.

 

Aquaman is fantastic, no complaints from me and Warlord is also a flawless figure. Blue Beetle's sculpt bothers me. it seems a little amaturish and the Atom is even worse in that departmen. Barsom is a terrible sculptor.

 

Manhunters sculpt is oka, nothing to write home about but he seems a little too small.

I picked up the Warlord, Stealth Blue Beetle and the Aquaman, I wanted the Martian Manhunter aswell but they had batzarro in and I only had enough cash for 4 figs

 

I think they are very cool, and I love the amount of articulation in them reminds me of the art asylum space ghost that I always thought the coolest of figures, just wish they would pick a style and keep to it for DC Direct figures
