I can only comment on designs as i think the scale is crap.

I like the lockdown character, maybe a little too much blue and black makes him look too much like sigma duke. These new ones indeed look more stylized and kidified especially recondo.

I sooo wish the adventure team was in 3 3/4 scale, they could actuataly include a small base for that price.

the shadowmaster? Billy Eyes and Jimmy shadow anyone?

Recondo is probably the only one from those pics that I want. Though I do like the Mission sets that come with SE and SS. Hate the figs though.

I'll probably pick up Lockdown and Recondo. I already have too many SE & SS as is. Overall I like the way these look.

I just wish Hasbro would be more consistant with this line. By that I mean the last couple of Commando waves seem pretty bare when it has come to accs, but that Samurai SS has a ton and it's only $10. WTH? Still I can't wait to get the new figures and see how the Kung Fu grip really works or if it doesn't work with these figures.

Are they even trying anymore?

Lets take any lame concept we can remember, and put it in S6, lol.

First off, why is a ninja master wearing samurai gear, did no one at hasbro pick up a book?

And zartan, well, he had a good run.

Thats how I feel about the whole thing, we had a good run, lol, That adventure team looks ok, and big animals are always popular with me, lol.

I like the retro Kung Fu grip tag they've got going on. Figures are kind of cool, not really my thing though... That new Zartan looks more like a He-Man character.

I wish they wouldn't use that retro Kung Fu tag on these things. That takes me BACK to my era of Joes, and it's shameful that they'd apply it NOW, to these poor excuses of a G.I.Joe action figure.

They had LARGE gripping hands to begin with, so I don't know what the real difference would be, other than trying to add some nostalgia to a NEW toy?

BLASPHEMY!! @lol@

These figures are starting to look like they are a part of a "Rescue Heroes" relaunch more than anything. The Joes at least....the Cobras still have some "Joe" look to them. With each wave they are starting to stray further away from GI Joe IMO. I mean I'll still pick up Inferno/BBQ just cause its an updated BBQ in my Joe world but I'm still glad that I only picked up the first wave of this line and I didn't fall for Hasbro's trickery.
