Did the GI JOE U.S.S. DESTROYER have any figures and accessories I look at the archive at yo joe and I did not see any information on this vehicle. If anyone has information on this or what it came with let me know? Please and thank you. #US1# :(

I'm not sure which item you're talking about. Go ahead and describe it in more detail if you can. Do you have a pic?

Do you mean the U.S.S. Flagg. It was a Destroyer type Battle Ship. However it was called the U.S.S Flagg. Biggest playset/vehicle ever released. 7ft long. Came with Keel Haul figure and a boat load( heh, heh, get it boat load) of other accesories.

The USS Flagg is not a "Destroyer type Battleship". It's an Aircraft Carrier. There's a huge difference.

No, there has never been a Destroyer, or Destroyer type vehicle!! Like SPC said above, the USS Flagg is nowhere near a Destroyer type Carrier. It is a carrier plain and simple!! Destroyers are much smaller and are only there to provide escort to the Carriers! Destroyers They are the main guns in the battle when it comes to defending the Carriers!

Now I wish there was a GI JOE Destroyer, that would have been awesome!! Hell a Cobra one would be out of this world!! Maybe for the 25th Ann!!!^_^

I'm pretty sure that doesn't hold any figures. That looks like it was from the offbrand of licensed GI Joe vehicles that came out in the 90's. I remember there being a few 1:18 scale GI Joe trucks/trailers but they weren't really made for figures. Also there is a small scale aircraft carrier (planes are the size of hot wheel cars) that was from the same series as that ship. I think my sister has a truck or two and the carrier (she was quite the tomboy).

(she was quite the tomboy).

Nothing to do with the topic at hand but I think it is funny how girls that play with boy's toys are tomboys (not at all socially unacceptable) but boys that play with girl's toys are "sissys" (one of the "worst" insults you can call a young boy). I love they way our society works... @grumpy@

maybe seeing it's his sister and he grew up with her, he knows she's a tom boy and not just calling her that just because she plays with boys toys...

My wife always says she wants a boy toy, wait, is that the same thing>?

I know I've seen a lot of custom built ships around, my favorite was the canadian vessel built out of a doll's cruise ship.
