DARK PHOENIX

this is my first attempt to do a "Dark Phoenix" custom.

i enjoyed doin this cause this figure is a trial and error custom. i tried using chrome paint and applied clear yellow on the phoenix logo instead of using metallic silver, for the boots and gloves. but one thing i learned about using chromes is, the fact that you must spray lighter and not to make it thick cause it dries up so slow, you may leave fingerprints once you decide to touch the figure. so be careful.

 

i used the ironfist sash and psylocke belt. sculpted that tiny phoenix logo on it.

Seconding the request to know where you got the head from, it does look a lot better than the existing head.

 

And where's the base from too?
