Captain America's Shield Found Missing

The Wire

it seems to me that Marvel is doing this in conjunction with the Steven Colbert Report...and if they are, i really don't give a $#!+ where this is going...

now, unless this is tied to that image of Captian Iron America, then I will pay attention...

Yeah, "found missing" is just silly. A total oxymoron. So is it found or is it missing??? In all seriousness, it should just be missing. And to think that this was written by someone who gets paid to write.

That "photograph" of the perpetrator looks like Stephen Colbert. It is probably just going to be some joke on the Colbert Report.

Well it was a gag on the Colbert Report tonight. It was revealed that Cap left the shield to him in his will. Stephen promised to only use it to fight injustice...and impress girls. I thought it was pretty funny, but the shield had a pretty scratched up paint job I thought.

You know I saw one of those replica sheilds for sale at NYCC, it was very cool and was so tempted to get it, but they wanted $550 for it, and there was just know way I was gonna spend that much money, Plus it wouldn't have fit in my suitcase and carrying it on the train going home would have looked kinda funny.
