The entire figure is a Silver Surfer. I added a little clay around and under the nose area to simulate the mask covering the area. I left a little detail in the mouth though. The belt is from a Baroness and the gun and sword (not shown) are from Snake Eyes. I might go back and swap his hands out with the Punisher's. I tried heating/bending and cooling, but I think the fingers are so small, they just went back to their original position after a while.

Super Job on the Merc with a (slightly detailed) Mouth! I think it looks great. How many Silver Surfer bases have you used on these SHS customs now?

This is the second completed one. I have another using the Surfer body that's still incomplete. The Silver Surfer figure is to SHS what Bullseye is to ML You can use him for anything!

I swapped out the hands for the ones from the Punisher. It wasn't so easy though. The hinges on both sets of hands are reversed, so I had to cut the Punisher's arms off just above the wrist and insert some Joe screws to act as pegs. I then inserted the new lower arm into the existing peg holes. He's able to hold weapons better.
