SMC Electro Fix

I just picked up one of the Electro's with the crappy arms on clearence and was looking to fix him. My question is how hard would it be to switch his arms at the shoulder with arms from another figure? Or would it just be easier to swap his head onto another body and repaint the body?

I did a different fix then others. I took Ironfist's arms and cut off the pegs from the ball joints. Cut off the peg from Electro's shoulders, and glued those to IF's arms to they can move correctly. Then I gloved Electro's arms to a thin area from IF's forearms.
