Planet Hulk mod.

So after looking for the Planet Hulk figure w/ the silver arm, I finally find it and it looks like crap IMO.

I decided to make my own using aluminum tape.

I think I messed up by adding the lines though. Opinions?

Has anybody taken the armor from planet hulk and put them on another hulk? FO, ML1? Pics?

Instead of black lines, you should have used a grey line or a dark grey that way it wouldn't stand out as much.

Great idea, I think it doesn't help that the marker I used is gloss black. My brother sya it looks like the wrapper from a Hershey's kiss. @loll@

I think it looks funny because there are not any ridges sculpted into the arm... now, he just has a shiny arm with lines on it.

 

if you really want to do it right, you might consider carving lines into the arm itself, and then digging the tape into those ridges

Looks good. I know its not easy to draw lines around all those muscles. If you remember the ToyBizs 5" Mysterio figure, I tried drawing lines on it to make it look more like the comic and it was a pain in the a$$.

 

Nevermind the Wonder Woman bank, whered you get the GL bank? I have WW,Bats and Supes but Ive never seen GL.

My brother gave it to me a few months ago, he bought it at Atomic Comics I think.

You do have the Catwoman bank right, it's quite nice, and looks great next to Batman.

That's cool! But like what's been said if you want it to look authentic then perhaps sculpt/carve the arm to make actual physical lines around his arm, then put the foil over that and dig it into the lines. I think that could look pretty cool!

Just an idea, but since you used tape, maybe just putting it on as strips would be better than a solid piece with lines on it.
