Looks like Mongul is showing up at Walmart with the latest wave of DCSH, even though he's not pictured on the cardback. Looks like a nice figure!

Wow, he does look sweet! Too bad I haven't even come across anything other than Bizarro and Superman lately. No new Supergirl, Doomsday, Parasite, Steel, and now Mongrul. Ugh... @grumpy@

I haven't seen the Steel wave yet either. There's only one Walmart and one Target that carry the line around here. Maybe Kmart as well. I don't know why all Walmarts don't carry the line....rather irritating!

In the last week or 2, I've been to (all local stores) 5 Wal-Marts, 3 TRU's, 4 Targets, 4 KMarts, and 4 Meijer's. And what have I got to show for my time and gas spent....absolutely nothing. These things gotta start showing up soon, but its been rather frustrating so far. I've heard reports of findings all near this part of the country, and even in state, but of course nothing has hit here yet.

Woah, he looks simply awesome...I got to start hunting for him now too. I was wondering what the status was with the Mongul figure, but now I'm just happy to see that he's being produced. Great news, thanks.

My word, he looks great. I like his look a lot more than the recent DCD version. I wish he was the size of the DCD version. Despite that, he has moved up on my list of wants.

I wish someone would show a pic of the card back Mongul comes on, because I'm curious what he's supposed to be sold with.

Mongul is NOT on the back of the card my Parasite figure came on.

 

I suppose they packed him 1 for every 27 cases, ala Mer-Man.

 

Anyway, yeah, he looks better than most, and though he might be out of scale, at least he's bigger than some of the others, so that a big plus to me!

In the past year we have received 2 great Mongul figures if you count the DC Direct one.About time if you ask me.

Well, I did get to see a pic of the side of the package Mongul comes in, and it showed a Cyborg Superman, and a couple of other Superman figures I couldn't quite identify, so I would say he's not being sold with the same group as Parasite, Orange Doomsday, and Steel.

 

Somebody actually found him at retail? If that's so, then what is MATTEL doing now? Releasing two Superman waves at the same time?
