Hmmm....looks like somebody was naughty and figured out some URLs for the figures! @lol@ I saved the images because they will probably pull them down.

 

I was going to comment on each figure individually, but I would end up saying the same thing about each one: AWESOME!!

 

One note of interest: Snake Eyes: NOT the version 2 remake that most were expecting!

Wow! I got to look at each of them once and then they were gone.....but they were awesome. They aren't perfect, Gung-Ho's arms are a bit thin, and the holsters all seem a bit large, and the hands still don't hold pistols, but the sculpting is totally amazing.

 

I do have to say thogh that other than Storm Shadow, I think these are going to be strictly collection pieces all to themselves and not be part of my normal Joeverse. Maybe the army builders will make it in there too. They are extremely cool, but too different to be in the ranks of the lessor guys that the rest of my collection currently is.

Anyway, Roadblock is SWEET. My favourite yet.

 

Surprising they didn't go with V2 for Snake Eyes, but he looks great. Makes me think they've got more planned after the initial 25. I hope we get Mutt and Junkyard now - we need one guy with a dog at least. Destro looks good (no chrome, in case you were wondering), so does the Cobra Trooper, obviously (nice new Dragunov!). Baroness' face looks a bit weird, the same way Scarlett does... I'm not quite sure what it is though...

I'm very stoked to hear that Destro has his wrist rockets. I've been annoyed at every resculpt since v1 because of that omission.

 

Also, we all need to start flooding Hasbro with emails concerning the Cobra trooper so they'll make it in greater quantities and putting together a squad or two won't be prohibitively expensive....

OMG they look awesome!!

 

Destro: What worried me was that the collar would be too thick, but no it's a perfect update!! Well the boots are bit on the thick side!

 

Cobra Trooper: The helmets that were on the recent RAH figures looked like crap!! Not these baby, these are perfect in every which way, right down to his rifle!!

 

Baroness: Her face looks a bit chunky, and she looks a bit cross eyed, but her outfit is gorgeous!!

 

CC: His gloves have the red piping, that's like so awesome!!

 

Gung Ho: He has his classic weapon! And he looks so boss!

 

Roadblock: Man right down to the tripod, it looks like 1984 all over again!!

 

Snakes: I never thought his original figure was too cool. But the way it looks here, oh man!!

 

I am getting 1 of each for sure, if they release them in classic packaging within clamshells, then 2 of each, no matter the cost!!!!!!!!

 

Now give us some new ships dammit!!
