With Hasbro continuing the Marvel Legends line, maybe its best if they release figures that are definite improvements with what ToyBiz have done that would really grab our attention but I doubt this considering some of these have just been recently released during the last months of Toy Biz, like:

Hasbro, as a much bigger company than ToyBiz, has a larger budget to work with, and as such can fix all the problems that we had with TB ML. No more crappy paint jobs, no more loose/broken limbs, greater distribution! As far as the sculpting, I heard that Toy Biz sculpted the first three series too. The only reason you're saying this is because ToyBiz doesn't make them anymore (and b/c you can't find Herc...sour grapes ). As far as figures I want, I still want to see a Villians Boxed set with rereleases of Kang, Dragon Man, Absorbing man redeoed in prison striped pants, and a fourth...Controller or Crossbones. Howzabout a Guardians of the Galaxy boxed set too (I think i'm the only one who wants one)

I've been pretty lucky thus far that both figures I requested a multitude of times have been made (albeit not released yet!) - X3 Juggernaut and a new Ultimate Rhino, so I'm tempted to hold my tongue rather than push my luck... but I'd LOVE an ML Ultimate Thor. Obviously he'd need to be bigger than your average ML, but man, how sweet would that be?!

Pretty much my thoughts. Hasbro needs to work on addressing and correcting the problems they have with their paint application, and not cut back on articulation. I don't need an Ultimate Iron Man that can't be posed without his "oh ssssilly, behaaaave" limp wrist.
