I just got the pretty cool repainted 2099 Spidey, so I hope this bodes well for a new Scarlet Spider.

marvel likes to pretend the "clone wars" and scarletspider were never there though so who knows on this one :S

One can only hope. However, Hasbro currently doesn't seem to know how to pick good molds yet so cross your fingers. Spidey 2099 got lucky 'cause the mold isn't too terrible.....his paint job more than makes up for the mold anyhow. Can't bring myself to dislike it; it's just so shiney and cool lookin'!

 

Anyhow, I'd really like a new mold, but I know that's a HUGE stretch.

Man I hope they release a new, more detailed Scarlet Spider, he's always been one of my favorite characters. The SMC one is good, but its just a little to plain, even for such a plain costume. I'd really like the one that's in the picture in the earlier thread.

I hope we get BOTH, a MULTIJOINTED Scarlet Spider figure, and a MULTIJOINTED Sensational Ben-freaking Reilly Spiderman. I wa dissapointed by the KB exclusive, but took it when it came out(I wish i had one now), BUT that sad excuse for a ben reilly spiderman that they released in the classics line was PATHETIC. How hard would it be to repaint a multijointed Spidey to the REilly suit? not to hard, i imagine. When i go to the GI JOE Con this year, I will be pestering the Hasbro people to do Ben Justice. I would also really love both versions of Ben in the Signature series too....
