That would be the Power Team Elite Battle Command Post. I found it a few years ago at a KB Toys outlett. You can check out better pics at Generals Joes here:

You can also see the Power Team Elite Camel behind the Humvee in the pic "Joes at sea and in the desert".

 

The quad ATV on the left and the map board, table, chairs, and lap top came with the playset. The flag on top is the one that came w/ Jet Pack Duke. The weapons crates came from an Ever Sparkle set*. The Motorcycle is BBI not the one that came with it. The garage door on the left is actually printed from the computer.

 

*I also found the Ever Sparkle set at KB Toys outlett as well. It contained several floor pieces and wall pieces that interlocked in several different combinations to make your own outpost. You can see the floor pieces on the previous page in the pics with the "Original Joes", "Night Attack!", & "Big Z's Garage" which also has some of the wall pieces.

Yea i think i paid $35 for my MOC B.A.T back in 2000. I really wish i would have bought a 85 Snake eyes and Storm Shadow back then
