Can't wait to see the finish products. Wonder if they'll make Ice as well?!?! @?@

Anyway, what's up with Black Canary's outfit?!?! I hope it's not gonna be like that. I don't remember her wearing something like that in the show??? Don't MATTEL get sued for having a figure dressed like that?!?!

They may be "crappy filler" for collectors who already have these figures, but the reason the line is able to still be around, even thought the show is no longer on the air, is that kids and moms and dads will continue buying figures because they can get Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern. Think about what it would be like if you could only get obscure characters that you'd never really heard of, whether they are heroes or villains. But if you can get some characters you know AND some you don't know, you might be likely to find out about the ones you don't know. My guess is that the "filler" figures are what's keeping this line alive for Mattel.

Wow... If this is true then I am totally excited! Maybe the line will keep going... Hawkman and Fire are filling in some major holes in the JLU line up. Now if we can just get all of these...

Blue Devil

B'wana Beast

Capton Atom

Captain Marvel

Crimson Avenger

Crimson Fox

Dr. Mid-Night

Gypsy

Hourman

Ice

Mr. Terrific

The Question

Steel II

S.T.R.I.P.E.

Vibe

That would be every JLU member to apper on the show... too bad The Question, Caoptain Atom and Captain Marvel are all off limits.

oh give me a break, that whole "the reason the line is around" crap for 8000 supermans is just that, crap. the supermans don't sell, the batmans don't sell, the wonder womans don't sell, the multipacks don't seel because of the bat/super/ww figures they sell despite them, people want new people, they don't want the same crappy figure to the 12th power

Why are The Question, Captain Atom and Captain Marvel off limits? I know there was a reason Blue Beetle could not be in the show but I am not sure of why. Does it have something to do with all of those characters being bought by DC from Fawcett and Carlton Comics?

I think that is the main reason why they are off limits, but I'm sure someone else here can provide more info. I was a little disappointed to find out that Blue Beetle wasn't on the show.

Yet, the figures of Fire, Mr. Miracle, Lex, and Hawkman are looking promising. I'm happy and a little surprised to see these protos, so I'm hoping that the rest of the JLU roster is produced. Plus, some more villains wouldn't hurt.

Fire doesn't have the hand-on-hip pose! Mattel must've slipped.

Why such a useless prepose...still on Black Canary, too. I guess they assume no one plays with those characters. " Just stand and around and look good, honey."
