what do you prefer?

Im torn on this issue.....I like the ML much more, but the X3 is pretty accurate...what do you guys think?

x3 version. Better body than the ml one. The headsculpts on the two are similer(I think they modified the ml head for the xm3 one) cept x3 sports a more netural smile. The paint on ml, however, is nicer

It's definitely the new one. I always liked the Daredevil/Silver Surfer body, and I never understood why they chose the symbiote Spidey body for the first Iceman.

ML 8 Iceman has much better paint apps and the X on his belt line, but X3 Iceman has a better body and is more in scale.

x3 has a much better body. the only thing i like on the ml8 was the color and the head was pretty good too.

I agree with you that ML8 Iceman has a much cleaner paint app and sculpt.

I have the XMC3 figure and it looks great with his ice sled, but I think when I get the ML8 one, I'll like that one a little more.

My ML 8 Iceman won't stand up at all...the floppy waist joint throws his balance off. The body they chose is terrible. So, XMC 3 Iceman is much better in that regard...a very well-proportioned, in-scale body. However, there's crisper paint on the ML 8 version.

I've got the ML one so no plans on getting the X3. Doesn't make a big difference to me.

If I didn't own either and they were both in front of me and I had to pick one I may go with X3, but I'm happy enough with the ML.

Most of the paint apps from the X3s are horrible. For me, I'd say neither since I hate the head sculpt from the ML and I hate the paint apps from X3.

Got both, but opened the X3 version. I like the paint apps on the ML8 and since i'm hearing the body sucks on the ML, am glad i opened the X3.

X3 for sure.....but I don't like that version enough to make me buy a second Iceman figure (the Bobby Drake version is a different story though).

I prefer the one in the middle...old school Toy Biz version..hehe..

 

 

And you can put it in the freezer and make it change colors or take it out of the freezer and the plastic shatters like glass.
