I snagged one of those newer Xwings at a garage sale about a year ago.....it came w/the ladder and R2......no pilot though.....I paid $8!! No box but I was still as happy as Porkins at an inter-galactic buffet......I saw this Xwing at TRU today....that was all they had....Also spotted a 6inch Darth Maul at Kmart for $20.....left that I'm scoping out Sandtroopers....Pac-man Fever has given away to army builder mania......

You know it really is an Awesome work of art....truly I didn't mind paying $20 for them....I'm glad they waited till now to produce this 6" line if they had done it sooner I feel it may have fallen short of it's goal......very cool WJ

I love the Sandtrooper but would rather get Stormtroopers. If only every one in the line has bicep swivels, I'd jump on all of them.

 

I was wondering something though. Does anyone in this thread have micro SW to get rid of? I'm trying to get one of each vehicle and major character in relative scale to the micro-machine stuff.

For people looking for the kmart ewok tvc and scanning crew member sets. U mighthave ask a store associate on these some stores do not have these on the salesfloor. That is how I found my 2 sets of each yesterday. The upcs for the scanning crew sets come up together but the upc for the ewok set will be separate because of the higher price. The upc for one of the scanning crew sets is 653569890539. For the ewok set it is 653569875550. Hope this helps. The other thing is layaway has no fee at kmart until Oct. 23. Good luck and good hunting.

Oh no..........I think the Black Series has rekindled my love for Star Wars!!!! I love the Sandtrooper I treated myself to!! It is beyond sweet!! Finally, the most perfect Stormtrooper helmet, ever on a figure!!!

My love of Sara Wars has also been rekindled, but I'm going backwards as a result. I just bought two sealed cases of Saga 2006 figures on eBay. If my research is correct, I got the Hoth wave and the Endor Battle wave. (Geeze, I hope I'm right...) (lol)

 

I also bought two of the Original Trilogy Collection 12-inch figures. I got Luke and a Stormtrooper. I just absolutely love the retro packaging they come in.

It's funny how many people I see mention this. There are been tons of 3 3/4" Sandtroopers produced and it's just now that I'm hearing that all those helmets aren't accurate?. Aren't they all Stormtrooper helmets???

 

Of course, I'm the guy who didn't notice until last year that Boba Fett had two different looks in ESB and ROTJ. Maybe Star Wars "fan" should be in quotation marks when referring to me!

Hey Hey gots my wave 2 in finally, I ordered this set about 2mos back from HTS......I can't find this wave @ Terget or TRU so I'm kinda glad I pre-ordered for its original price.....I see alot of "markups" on the online sites now...even the "toy specialty" store in Phx doesn't have Fetts in atall.....Love Him or Hate Him.....he's my special lil guy....

I went to Terget to today scoping out for ML figs but nada.....I did however see the Giant Darth Vader's, I guess their like 2 1/2 feet tall give or take, at one Terget they have them down to $20 which doesn't seem to bad...I kinda want to wait for clearance clarence but on the other hand its Darth! Nubian God....he doesn't come w/a saber but he's still got that badas$ vibe....I'll meditate on this & see what the force tells me....my wallet says no but Darth finds my lack of faith...well you know

Ordered the TRU Vintage collection Republic Gunship for the amazing price of $72 from TRU.com. They have the ROTJ At-At for 90 and the Vintage style X-wing for 41. Just a heads up.

And for me, all others were just a bit off!! Something was either missing something or the helmet was not shaped right!! This gorgeous helmet is dead on accurate!!! Like a scaled down miniature!!

Yeah, even the sandtroopers were off (they were just repainted stormtrooper helmets, lol). I finally got one today and it's beautiful! Took me about 3 mins to hack it off, dremel it out and slap it on a better stormtrooper body.

Got a small lot of stuff including the Exar Kun/Ulic Quel Droma comic pack. Within the lot they averaged out to about $15 a figure. Sweet!

Went to TRU to pickup an Joe Eaglehawk & was curious about their clearance markdowns in the SW section.....they had the Pod Racer Pilot pack marked down to $19 but w/the discount it was $11....not bad but I passed...if your looking for this set still...it looked worth it....

I don't know how you guys are finding(much like Darth Helmet's minions combing the desert...We ain't found Shiiiii) these guys at retail....*dream sequence* screen fades in a watery wash....2 StormTroopers are walking pass me.....I stop them & ask for ID's....Young Ben Kenobi tells me.....these aren't the Troopers your looking for....I look over at my GF standing next to me...."these aren't the Troopers were looking for"....she calls me an idiot & I buy 3 Slave Leia's I don't need....doh....
