TRU Star Wars Sections

Are your TRU Star Wars sections totally wiped out??I went to one of the local TRU today to find the section empty besides basic figures and a couple Battle Packs.Total decimation.No big box items like the X-Wing or Clone Gunship.

This is great news that in a non movie year that parents are buying lots of Star Wars stuff for the kiddies.Hope to see the 30th ann stuff filling those holes soon.

Did you check those displays that they put up towards the entrance of TRU alot of times they'll take what's in the regular isles and put them up front to showcase.

yeah i saw alot of people buying stuff last weekend for x-mas. star wars, transformers, & sigma 6 were almost sold out.

Yeah, I noticed that too. My TRU was almost barren in the starwars section. All the other sections were fine, just the SW one was empty. Weird.

Wouldn't know. Haven't been to TRU since summer.

Went to 2 TRUs in So Cal yesterday. SW stuff was gutted in one, but the other was pretty damn full. Picked up the X-Wing and TIE. Be sure to print out this coupon and take it with you this season. Some are reporting TRU won't accept it in their area, but I used it twice yesterday.

Well most of the new vehicles are gone (AAT, Vader Sithfighter, etc...) Saw a few TiE's, but no AT-AT, XWING or Gunships...Figs are nothing but peggers...

 

However, the TRU in a better part of town is usually very full...

Mine are still pretty full with Wave 1-3 pegwarming fodder. A few Republic Gunships and X-Wings left. AT-AT's and Tie Fighters are long gone. Actually about three weeks ago I found a 12 inch ROTS Sidious and Grievous dolls for $2.50 each!
