Mike Allred's Madman Comics is jumping from Dark Horse to Image in the new year, starting with a massive collection of previous series, and soon followed by a brand new monthly series...

Personally, I'm looking forward to this. It's been a while for Madman (with Allred spending much of his time the last several years doing X-Force, X-Statix, etc).

 

The 852 page (!!!) Madman Gargantua is slated for a February release, with Madman Atomic Comics expected to begin in April. The new series is designed to be a jumping on point for new readers.
