If you mean the Target Exclusives, then they arent exactly new.

 

A re-release of Boba Fett escaping from the Sarlac Pit and General Grievous.

 

Both will be $20.00, avaible at Target, personally I do not think they will be very hard to find. I found both at a local Target today (I think think they were put out early, however the release date for them should be very soon. Within a week even) however, sadly I am broke.

Actually, I was thinking there were 2 more (Wal*Mart exc?), but, I can't find any confirmation.

TNI: What are the current plans for the 6" Unleashed line of figures. Are they coming back and if so what figures can we expect to see and when?

 

Hasbro: We will re-release a selection of classic Unleashed figures in the fall with four exclusive figures - two figures at Wal-mart and two figures at Target - in an all-new tube-style packaging.

I didn't know about them coming out today...was looking for Optimus Prime Alternator and lo and behold at the fifth Target I visit today, I saw the Boba Fett and Grievous on the end cap. Many Grievous left...everyone buying Fett it seems. Also, I think the cost at $20 for an Unleashed might turn people off...but for those of us collectors...a lot cheaper than buying them on eBay.

 

Although the cylindrical packaging is eyecatching, for us MOC collectors that have to worry about space...yes...these things are definitely going to take up a lot of space in that 45 gallon bin.

Saw them today on an endcap untouched. The $20 price sucks, and I HATE the packaging! But I am loose collector on them anyway, but for you MOC people at least they are normal looking unlike on the cards.

I thought it was Jedi Luke and Darth Vader that were the Wal Mart esclusives. I also forget where I saw it. I just checked the news section of hasbro's site and no sign of any announcements of the unleashed exclusives.

I'll get Boba. $20 sucks but that is what I get for passing on the original (twice), thinking it would be around for months like all the others were.

My Walmart has those on clearance right now.

 

They should not be, its a huge mistake Walmart made. I heard this from someone I trust too. When they first hit about 2 months ago, most Walmarts put them on clearance within a few weeks as they had no place for them(some did that with the Marvel MW, 2 packs, and box sets too), and now they are on the plans to go out. Basically some stores, a lot, got them early. Now my stores have them back in a recent stock and back up to $15, not $3 like they hit before.
