True the Horsemen figure is short, but it's thicker than the DCD version. The DCD version looks to thin and lanky standing next to the Mattel one. Personally I'll take the Horsemen sculpt over the DCD version anyday.

Doomsday may be short, but he's still awesome! We may all be a little dissappointed with Darkseid's height as well, but he's still an awesome sculpt.

You won't be dissappointed at all, because Mattel has fix the scale issues. That's a thing of the past with this line. Take a look at these and begin wetting yourselves. DCD needs to take notice.

Those look great, how were you able to get a hold of the test figures anyway???

I'd like to see close-ups of the Clark Kent figure.

That Superman is a disappointment seeing it's the old mattel in-house figure from the 6" Batman line...and not the Battle Damaged Superman the Horsemen sculpted.

PJ

Good eye PJ :o

Man, that is an all-time low even for Mattel to dig up that crap in-house Supes and put it in the DCSH line. Rehashing the wave 2 4H Superman would be better.

I guess that purple Martial Arts Batman will be in the following wave.

Yeah it is a real boomer that Mattel would be using that old Superman, but since these test figures, he may not make it over here to the states. If you look at the back of the box there are two superman figure shown. The other superman figure is the Four Horsemen Superman the S on his chest it read and black, so I'm thinking that the Mother box Superman the were refering to. If I remember from the comic correctly an older super got a mother to go back in time to stop Batman and Superman from destoying the earth.

I picked up the DC Superheros Doomsday and wrote a review for it on my blog.

Enjoy :)

I just bought Doomsday and Bizarro but they had a poster instead of a comic. Both had the same poster. I was wondering if Mattel is not putting comics in these anymore

They packed posters instead of comics in their overseas shipments...So you probably got those.
