I got a update with almost finished pics of Mercury from Grasshopperis, their pretty good pictures for a camera phone.

Info:

Mercury is the only one that looks substancially different between her & Dust which is why he took pics of her only.

-Both sets of arms still need to be painted. Other than that she's pretty much done.

Minor written update, levit05 told me he should have some painted pictures of Fraktur soon and possibly sculpted pics of Qubit (Helmet Centurion). I also sent him 1/2 of the last payment for her along with all the parts for my free birthday Warpath (X-Force) custom.

 

I got screwed over on the Lord Thor legs, the post office lost the package and it's three weeks now so I just had to send the legs from the custom Lord Thor dustin did for me which I didn't want to do but it's the only way to he can get done by may.

 

 

I should have more painted pics from stef this week or next.

 

 

I also sent a small package to dustin with the following stuff:

 

Ronin for Ronin (Maya)

 

HML Elektra for Blink "exiles"

 

T-800 Endoskeleton pelvis/legs for Skullbuster like his.

 

LCBH Ann O'Brien for Titania

 

ML Black Widow for someone who needs a body, maybe Valkyrie "Frank Cho style" since I sent a HML She-Hulk for Thundra last year or the year before, ha ha I can't remember exactly when.

 

DCUC Despero Torso/Arms for Warpath. He's paid off but still needed a body. We're using WWE Deluxe Aggression legs or possibly different ones now. Originally was going to use DCSH Bane Upperbody.

 

 

Info:

-Dustin's glad that I'm liking Maddie, Havok and Elektra so far. Not much to report on them yet, but

they'll all be pretty easy to paint.

-He likes the idea of Despero for Warpath. The Omega Red and Thor heads looked a little small on Waarrl's body.

-A third head for Havok (unmasked) is no problem, he was planning on using a DCUC blue Aquaman head for a Havok for himself and it would be a good one to add to the mold collection.

-He wants to make a Messiah War Stryfe.

-He's sure people will start making Deadpool customs before long using the Jigsaw base maybe with stab wounds you can see clean through after his appearnce in X-Force/Cable's Messiah War.

-He sent Ares, Ronin and Cyclops so they'll be here Friday.

DCUC hands

DCUC Superman heads (Red & Blue)

DCUC Aquaman (Blue) head will be the 3rd unmasked head.

Clear Space Ghost hands for his power hands.

Got a unexpected update from Dustin on Havok:

Info:

-He liked the sound of 70s Marvel Girl. He's gonna include a Nightcrawler head with the next bach.

-He's gonna figure out the best way to add the glow effect around Havok's lines in terms of the shade and consistency of the paint, and then he needs the unmasked head and the energy effects.

-Dustin's gonna do some tinkering with the plastic from packaging and see if he can't put some energy effects together. It would be a bunch of clear rings glued together that ultimately attach to rings that would go between his forearms and hands.

He's painted the basic colors on Elektra, so she just needs shading and the strap details, and then comes the fun part: posing her with weapons.

I got a update from Levit05. I got pictures but it's not of Fraktur painted like I thought it would be. I found out he hasn't worked on her in about a month but these are one of the reasons why.

Another awesome update Rick, I must check this thread twice a day for updates. the 6 arm Spidey and Scarlet Spidey are sweet. Stef is a Machine, Its amazing how fast they ar churned out.

Wow, thats one huge lot. Are you getting the headless FFC Ultimate Mr Fantastic? Cause if you dont need it, i could definitely use that

I'm not getting that ultimate Reed. It's going to the other guy.

 

 

 

 

Also I was able to get some complete C&C figures like Grundy so he's definitely becoming Mr. Hyde.

 

Kalibak is almost done, just need his torso, left leg then he'll become "War Of Kings" Blastaar. I'm almost close to completing Atom Smasher who I'll keep until I can figure out who to use him for. I also need the left leg (2x) & left arm for Despero for some customs.

Damn, worth a shot. I wonder why Cal auctioned off all that fodder, maybe he's gone strictly 3 3/4" scale now?

That's possible, but he said he still had more figures. He auctioned off a smaller lot of 30-50 figures during the one I won.

 

They're not really that cheaper but I guess he wants to work in smaller scales unless a client wants them in 6".
