Got a first shot of the AOA Weapon X head that ibmm-t is sculpting for me for the weapon x that zombie13 will be doing:

 

 

Info:

-It's early shot of the AOA Wolvie hair, got everything in place and roughed into shape now he's going to go back and refine it, even it up, and make it more hair-like, add some stray hairs.

I opted to buy colossus, cause I'm a sucker. He's pretty sweet, gonna feel bad about cutting him up.

The original sculpt I think he'll keep, I'm getting two casts. If anything if you pm about a headcast when its done, he'll make you one.

 

Yeah, he's a nice figure. I think I'll lookout for a 3rd one but cheap because I want to keep at least one int he original form.

Early wip of "Green Lantern" Sinestro from Lesternessman:

 

Info:

-Sinestro will be the same shade of green like Lesternessman's Arkkis, Arisa when he's done.

-The skintone will also get painted darker like the SC costume he did for me.

All looking good, though I especially like the AXM colossus, keeps the figure awesome while modernizing it.

 

Why does noone ever customize the costume he wore after AoA ended, with the 3-pronged shoulder pads? I think i'm the only person who likes that costume.

When he joined Excalibur, I stopped reading after AOA so I've never seen it before now.

Ya, thats the one. AoA was when I really started reading X-men, so the stuff right after was my first big exposure to the standard stuff (although i'd watched the toon for years). Maybe i'll make one someday.

Coolio. Some of those are recipes I had thought up too, just never done anything with. Mainly for Sinister, i've been waiting for better fodder options to show up, Scorpion was the best of what we have but I want something a bit better.

Yeah, I don't know how ibmm-t gets the paints so smooth on the dcu bodies. lol, I didn't notice that until now. I wanted Calvin's hair more different to separate him from the modern Angel I have since only ears were added.

 

Should have pics of the "Dark X-Men" Daken as well as the repaint/slight resculpt of the DA Daken with the casted masked head for both dakens this week.
