Spare parts?

I know of reprolabels and love what they do.

 

I seem to remember that there was a site that sold reproduced TF-parts (such as seekermissiles) and custom made parts.

 

I've tried to find that site, but to no avail.

 

Can anyone point me in the general direction?

I've been meaning to order a bunch of stuff myself. However with everything going on with them I've been reluctant to order anything for the fact that I don't know how long it may take to get the parts I need.

Ken had a stroke last year and from what I can gather they've had some ups and downs since then and have fallen behind on orders. I'm sure people are getting their orders, even if it does take awhile. I ordered from him once and it did take some time, but overall I was pleased.

I would avoid them at all costs. I have made a number of orders with them and had no problems until Ken had his stroke. I have been waiting for an order since November of 05. I got an email in December saying my parts would ship soon. Never arrived. Got his next email explaining the situation and I asked for a refund. He said again that the parts would ship. Never arrived. I have since emailed numerous times with no responses at all. Despite the fact that it says they are back, I doubt it.

In all fairness, he does do quality work. Patience is just needed. If he says something got shipped and didn't, simply ask for a reciept number from when he mailed it.

Please re-read my statement. I have been waiting since November of 2005 for an order placed on October 7, 2005. I have sent numerous emails with no response.

 

I had no problems with any of the many orders I placed prior to October of 2005. Despite what his website says, they are NOT filling orders or responding to emails from old customers. I am not alone, check out this forum for others with the same issues Allspark Transrepro Forum

 

Until I see otherwise, I would not recommend dealing with Ken.

 

I have no complaints at all with the quality of his work. It is exceptional.
