whoa mate... looking at the first 2 pics, i assumed it was another tiny custom, then bang! you hit us with a scale pic next to a 12" figure!

Looks like alot of work went into sculpting it, and how did you paint it? was it an enamel based paint sprayed on?

Make sure you enter this in the custom of the month and custom of the year, i'd be surprised if you didnt win them both with this masterpiece. Awesome stuff.

Thank you all for the kind words. As for the paint job, everything was hand painted using model master acrylic.

Snakeplissken, unfortunately the figure does not transform. I originaly planned it to transform, but I didn't want to sacrifice proportion and the looks I wanted in robot form.

Looks great! What did you make him from?

DavAnthony he was scratch built using styrene plastic and I sculpted it using Apoxie sculpt. Some of the parts such as the thighs, the elbow joints, the hand and the arm joints I used one of those 10 or 11 inch Gundam which I don't quite remember the name of. Some of the other joints I used bionicle joints.
