This isn't their super-white apoxie sculpt, this is a whole new product that they've just released! Aves sent me some to test in the customizing area and report on the results. It's called Fixit-Sculpt and it combines the ease of use that Apoxie Sculpt has, the strength of their Fixit line, and the sculpting detail of their Apoxie Clay into one complete product! It's new so it only comes in one color right now, a bone grey.

So what's the skinny?

Blends and smooths easily

NO SET UP TIME!

Firm clay-like feel

No sagging or drooping!!

Holds extreme detail and impression

4 hours working time instead of 3

Excellent adhesion

Extremly hard, more durable than Apoxie sculpt

Paints, sands, drills, and carves like Apoxie Sculpt when cured

Yeah.. all that rolled up into one product. You don't have to wait for it to set up, you mix it, let it cool for about a minute, then go right into sculpting! It won't droop like Apoxie Sculpt does at thin sections, it stays where you put it. You can use water/safety solution on it, and it sculpts the same as AS or AC. You sculptors also get an extra hour or working time too!

Head on over to my site and view the guide, http://www.angelfire.com/mech/jinsaotome/FixitSculpt.html to see Fixit Sculpt in action!

Thanks for the guide.... I guess its time for me to order some of this stuff. I checked their site, they have four colors now. Does this stuff stick to your hands or anything?

Only at first when you're mixing it, but all Aves products wash off with water and shouldn't irritate your skin. use some cheapie gloves to mix it with at first if you want. It won't stick to your hands after a few minutes later.
