What was your first ever marvel figure?

Being a long time toy collector of 18 years I have a few questions for all of my kindred spirits that frequent this board.

What was the first marvel figure you ever purchased? when did you buy it? How long did it take before you purchased your next one? Did you already establish a collection before you started collecting marvel toys?

Either Daredevil/Wolverine from Mattel's Secret Wars line or Talking Veniom/Wolverine from the ToyBiz 5" line. I got a lot of these as gifts, not sure which ones I actually chose myself, or actually paid for. I only ended up w/ 4 of the Secret Wars figs (DD, Wolverine, Doom, & Kang), I collected the 5" lines untill the early/mid '90's.

I believe my first figure was the Dr. Octopus from the 1990 ToyBiz Marvel Superheroes series and after him it was the Spiderman from the same year with the suction cups @lol@

My first ML figure was the ML3 Wolverine

It was something from the beginning of Toybiz's marvel action figures in the early 90's. Don't know exactly who it was, I know I atleast had Spider-Man, Captain America, US Agent, Black Armor Daredevil, Hulk, and Punisher. I've collected Marvel figures consistently since. First ML's were Captain America and Iron Man in the first series. I still regret sipping Toad and Hulk, not so much regret for skipping Series 2 though. I hate how hard it is to find Marvel figures nowadays.

First Marvel toy would be...Wolverine from the very first X-Men line...Actually I think I got him and that X-Factor Cyclops at the same time on a trip to the states. Wolverine broke as soon as we got home (I was like 5 at the time, I was bummed to say the least)

My first Marvel figures were those old Pocket Superheroes from the late 70's. The Marvel figures I had were Hulk, Spidey, & Captain America but I can't remember which one of the three was the first. Man, I wish those had survived my early childhood. :(

My first ever was Mego Spider-Man from the 70s. There was a long drought until the 5 inch multi-poseable Spider-Man came out in the 90s. That thing was so awesome I couldn't pass on it. Next to ML, of course, it really sucks. But at the time I thought it was very cool.

It was one of those die cast XMen figures... I think... Or it could be a Spidey...

My first Marvel figure was the Capt. America from the Marvel Superheroes line, the one with "shield launching action." I remeber seeing the commercial when I was a kid. I got Cap and my brother got the Spiderman with "wall sticking action." Good times man.
