FAST FACTS

--In Week 1's Game of the Week, Dirty Sanchez's needed four points from Keenan McCardell (SD WR) on Monday Night Football to defeat the defending 2005 ADC/TNI Super Bowl III champions DaBears for the first time since 2004. McCardell only scored one point, allowing DaBears to sneak away with the win.

--Counting last year, DaBears are now on an 18-game winning streak (including playoffs).

--Counting only regular season games dating back to 2004, DaBears have won 20 out of their last 21 games. The only regular season loss during that span was to The Mega Powers (Procko_Zero Prime) in Week 13 of the 2004 season.

--Six out of the league's 18 teams exceeded 75 points this week. Only three of those six teams took away a W from their match-up.

--Bulldog Brigade has three players ranked in the Top Ten Fantasy Players. Two of those players were benched this week.

--Week 2's Game of the Week features DaBears against Bulldog Brigade. DaBears have a 3-0 record when facing Bulldog Brigade from the previous two seasons. Two of those games were in the playoffs.

WEEK 2 GAME OF THE WEEK

--(1-0) DaBears

--(1-0) Bulldog Brigade

--Rex Grossman (Ten Jerks & a Squirt, CHI QB) -- 29

--Baltimore Ravens (Outsiders Inc., BAL DEF) -- 27

--Peyton Manning (Skarapz Soldiers, IND QB) -- 26

FAST FACTS

--Skarapz Soldiers (2-0) claimed first place by beating out DaBears (2-0) by one point. It is the first time since Week 1 of last year's season where DaBears were not ranked #1 during the season.

--DaBears demolished Bulldog Brigade in Week 2's Game of the Week by a score of 92-35. It was the biggest difference in points for a game all season (57 points).

--DaBears continue their winning streak to 19 games. Week 3's opponent for DaBears are the Spider-Men.

--Highest team score for the week was Grifter, who scored 96 points to beat The Gotham Knights by a score of 96-51.

--The Manning Brothers, Peyton (Skarapz Soliders, IND QB) and Eli (DaBears, NYG QB) combined to score 49 points together this week. That alone would have beaten three teams total this week who went to the ADC/TNI playoffs last year.

--The Manning Brothers are also tied for 6th place on the Top Ten Fantasy Players list.

--Rex Grossman (Ten Jerks & a Squirt, CHI QB) and Jerricho Cotchery (The Gotham Knights, NYJ WR) made their debut in the Top Ten Fantasy Players. Neither of them were drafted out of all 252 picks.

--LaDainian Tomlinson (Intergalactic D-cons, SD RB) and Peyton Manning (Skarapz Soldiers, IND QB) are the only two players in the Top Ten Fantasy Players who were drafted in the first round. So in comparison, there are just as many first round draft picks in the Top Ten Fantasy Players as there is free agent pick-ups.

--Two players on Outsiders Inc. won Game Balls this week (Amani Toomer and the Baltimore Defense).

--Week 3's Game of the Week between Skarapz Soldiers (2-0) and Prime Patriots (1-0-1) is the only game this week that features two unbeaten teams.

I learned not to trust the Yahoo injury updates. They said Ahman Green may not have much playing time against Detroit. So what do I do? I bench him. Then he ends up having his best game in the last two years. Same thing with Brian Westbrook. I had him in another league and I benched him too. Then he has one of the better performances of the day. I don't think I even want to look at those injury reports anymore. They're wrong.

Anyway, I may get lucky. Javon Walker tonight may have saved me from losing this week against Angel Investigations with a 2 TD performance. I still need a good game from Vick tomorrow night though.

This blows... Time to rant and rave...

Atlanta dumped that game just for New Orleans and to win this season is mostly if you have a decent running back... I have zero running backs so getting no points from them doesn't help and wide receivers I do have are having such on and off weeks there is no way to tell who to play...

End of rant...

I gotta agree with you. Just look at the five teams who drafted a RB with their first two picks.

--The Doombots (3-0)

--DaBears (3-0)

--Stockton Pillbugs (3-0)

--Prime Patriots (2-0-1)

--Intergalactic D-cons (2-1)

I hate to admit it, but those teams knew what they were doing. Together, they have a 13-1-1 record.

I hear ya... For the draft, I was number 16 so getting at least 1 decent RB was hard enough...

yeah, but remember, the second RB I picked (Dominic Davis) went on the IR before the season started @lol@

I agree not having a decent RB is hurting alot of us!

thats another reason why I wanted 3 WR.. a chance to even the playing field a bit.
