I bought DCD Superman as Captain Marvel!

My regular comic shop doesn't have Free Comic Book Day. It's kind of a bummer but gives me a chance to check out a new store. One of the books from FCBD was Superman/Batman #1 and by chance the store was selling Toyfare's Superman as Captain Marvel for $20 along with Captain Marvel and Captain Atom for $7! While the Superman figure looks out of place in my collection given the cartoony style, I love the Public Enemies arc so much I had to get it!

 

So thanks to FCBD, it indirectly led me to a pretty sweet exclusive figure

I noticed that in the latest ToyFare that this figure is still available, even at upcoming WW cons on the East Coast.

If I'm not mistaken, I ordered him from the magazine back in either September or October.

Yup, comic shop guys had the chance to order him a few months back, thats how Igot mine as well

 

I like to call him super shazam One of the better chases IMO Sucha neat idea too!

Now I just need to pick me up that clear GL exclusive some time heh
