The alts need disproportionally over-sized guns like on G1. I wish they'd quit worrying about the gimmick of making the guns fit onto the cars and just make the big guns and missle launchers already.

Man... I may have to get that, the mold is growing on me. And the two guns look kinda cool as well. This might be the second transformer I get this year. It's ben slim pickens lately.

I totally DISagree with you. The gun turning into a engine, muffler, or other part of the vehicle is the coolest gimmick Hasbro has had for the Transformers. It makes sense. They have to put their weapons, somewhere. I mean, the Transformers are supposed to blend in with the vehicles of our world, or whatever world they're on, and how conspicuous would it be to see a 2006 Mustang driving down the road with a canon on its hood, or sticking out the trunk with a red tie on the end because it sticks out too far? One look and the general populace would know that something was up.

I think its more of some sorta lame safty issuse with hasbro than anything else :S but then again... Where else are they gona stick the guns ?
