Oh man, I found a 50 min version, but, I only made it through about 10 mins (dial up). It was kind of funny seeing Kashyyyk 27 years beforehand (or would that be 18 years later? <_ i thought the minutes of wookiee talk was bad could have sworn heard early esb sfx and then saw holo cirque du solei.. funny out cast kenny baker manged to least according opening credits>

As bad as the special was people will always flock to see a version of it.I remember watching it when i was 5 and got a bootleg copy about 7 years ago at a comic con.The best bit is the cartoon part(in which the original Boba Fett figure was based on)and how can anyone not love the Bea Arther cantina scene .

Hahahaha, Boba Fett walloping the hell out his dragon there is the best part! It's so horribly out of character for him to be calling them "friend" all the time though. I find it really hard to believe that Han and Chewie hadn't heard of Boba Fett before. I like how Han's jaw keeps stretching and retracting too.

 

And Bea Arthur's singing is....surreal. She sounds like she was really serious about it though.

Thank God I wasn't born yet at the time it was released! 1980 was a much better year for Star Wars! @loll@ I hope this thing sees the light of day whenever Lucasfilm gets around to releasing all 6 movies in a set with extras. @smilepunch@
