I think they should make a DC Figurine Collection just like the marvel one witch is so good. What dose everyone eles think?

The only problem is that WB owns DC comics, and they might be more difficult to get the rights from than Marvel. It'd be great, of course.

Well Justice League Unlimited is the closest we're getting to a collection right now

 

You can always buy DCDs but they are all different styled and scales and usually don't last longer than 4-5 waves

What figurine collection?

The classic Marvel figurine collection is a magazine that profiles a marvel character every 2 weeks and with it you get a lead figurine of the character. You get a profile, quick history of the character, memorable battles and comic covers, history of the artwork and writing, enemies and allies of the character. Basically its a run down of who, what when, why, how of the character, plus a cool figurine.

 

You can also buy stands for your lead figurines for display. The figures stand a few inches high and are pretty good quality most of the time. The collection is available to the UK and a variation of it in spain I think (?).

Its a very good collection.

 

As for a DC version, I would love one, but not yet, as I wouldn't be able to afford it.

same here but i would like to see a simpsons one to lol just cause simpsons kick ASS. But the star wars collection sucked

The same company did a lord of the rings set as well, which I've heard was ok.

 

Star wars I was surprised about tho. Altho, I have to admit I didn't get them.

 

I could see a DC version having lots of potential, and with JLU finishing, it could tie in with that, although we'd want them in the orignal comic book style rather than JLU.

 

Would love a Dr Fate one.

Boy am I confused by this. I don't know what you're talking about...is there a magazine that you subscribe to that comes with a marvel character? How big are these figures? Is this a game like Heroclix? Is that the size of the figures you're talking about? Could anyone post a link to these Marvel figures or the Star Wars ones or the Lord of the Rings ones so I can see what you mean, please.

Classic Marvel figurine collection

 

This is the link for the company that produces the magazine, its all there. Its not a Helioclix game or anything, just small models for show. Its a really good collection. On the website is also pictures of the ones we've had already and the ones coming up.

 

Like I said in a previous post, they aren't on general release in the US, though I don't know for sure if they will accept subscriptions and post there. No harm in enquiring I guess.

eh any ways the lord of the rings figs are on the 30-40 ish issue i dont no but it is quite far an the marvel one is on to 16-17. but the idear of a simpsons and dc would be nice
