I thought www.3dblasphemy.com had a lot better tf film even though it's extremely short I beleive it's what the movie will look like. This one is great up till the time starscream starts firing, then the horrible optimus transforming animation sequence.

There was nothing wrong with Primes transform

 

 

It's stiff, especially when the semi cab first lifts off the ground, I know he was going for the ultra dramatic slow transformation effect but it drags out. It looks like a giant invisible hand is picking up a tf toy and transforming it, it needs to be more fluid. I'd also drop out the sequence of prime grabbing his gun, instead have him lifting his arm up with the gun already in it. The vents opening, the foot folding, the jet pack and the head coming out are just fine.
