I recently found an Ultron as Crimson Cowl figure. I have been looking everywhere just to find some reference on this figure but was unsuccessful. Let me know if anyone else has found this figure. It is so much better than the original mold.

I think I know what he's on about. I got my Ultron from TRU the other day and he doesn't have the crummy dog head. It just looks like a normal Ultron head on steroids. I haven't heard of this one before, but I don't know if it's old news.

I'll post a pic if you guys haven't seen it.

As far as I know the "Dog Head Ultron" was a very early prototype that was never released.

And the Regular quasi-classic head was the only head Toy biz ever mass produced.

Has anyone EVER seen a different head???

I actually like the dog head better.........always have.

Its a pity they went with the second head, obviously a last minute change and sacrificed some articulation.
