A first look at Spider-Hulk

1st from what i understand is it's the same story as she hulk, blood transfusion from hulk to spiderman that gave him the gamma blood

 

my question is why'd that change him into a "hulk" when he already had radioactive dna added to him in the 1st place from the spider

Well, if it made his pee-pee fall off instead, it wouldn't quite make as interesting a story.
