Wish I could see better pics of it. I also wish they wouldnt keep changing the scales. This would have been great for the 3 3/4 line. Either that or switch the 3 3/4 line to this. How many varitions of Duke and the others can u make?

Destro, Zartan, Firefly.....I'm happy.

That makes two of us. I like S6 because there's so few figures to actually buy...nice and tidy.

Looks like army building the Ninja Bat's in the 2.5" line is not going to be difficult. I just hope they keep the color scheme the same in all the packs. If I do decide to get all of these I want all my ninja bats to be uniform.

Face it guys. The 3.75 once again has gotten SCREWED OVER!

And since this line obviously isn't like Star Wars Attacktix, we don't even get a tabletop game system that we could have used with our RAH figures. I'm very impressed with the design of that hover ship and am pissed that it won't be available for our line of Joe figures.

More repeats of characters, with only the gear being the difference in them?

That's a rip and aggrevating to the parents who are buying these for their kids, who DON'T want 6 Duke figures, just to get the cool gear that comes with the Scuba, Arctic, Night Ops, Desert, Toxic, Bear Hunting, Casual evening wear, versions of him! <_<

This is totally COLLECTOR oriented!

I see they're bringing Lt. Stone from G.I.Joe Extreme into Sigma Six as well.

If they are like mask im down but I need articulation. Its funny Hasbro argued that the 8 inch line was needed cause they needed more articulation, but now they switch to a 2 1/2 line with maybe no articulation. Funny how that works. Also 34 bucks for the big vehicle....thats kinda alot. I mean smaller scale should be a lower price i think. Also is it me or do i see a tcrotch on the guy standing up in the pic?

All of this sounds great to me. I like the smaller figs. They seem pretty neat, and it will be easy to army build. So these are sorta like the Star Wars Unleashed battle packs, but with articulation. Thats fine. I do wish they were 3 3/4 scale, but I can live witht hem as is. We still have more DTC to look forward to. Also Sigma 6 Zartan. What more needs to be said? Well there is this...... why was the thread I started about the Drop Ship locked?

I'm really curious about the 2.5" line. I think they have to have some kind of articulation. Hasbro states that the figures can be deployed from the vehicles. This seems to suggest that the figures won't be stuck in a seated position....so at least they'll have some knees or hips.

I'm torn on this line right now. On one hand, I love the 3.75" line and would like to see it continue. On the other hand, the 3.75" line had a nice run, and I wouldn't mind seeing a new line bring GI Joe back as a huge success. We're all lamenting the death of 3.75", but maybe it's had its time. We've gotten a lot of product of its 20+ years, but perhaps the DTC stuff is all it can support. Maybe the 3.75" just seem too antiquated. Therefore, a lot of people might feel the energy has gone out of that line.

My biggest concern regarding the 2.5" is articulation. I'm an articulation junky (part of why Marvel Legends is my favorite toy line right now). I like the idea of Mission packs. I also like that with the intitial push, we'll be getting 6 vehicles over 4 sizes. That's pretty cool. Also, if the other vehicles are in the same style and quality as the Dragonhawk, well they'll blow away anything that the RAH/DTC line has done for the last 10+ years. I love the Rhino, Night Ops Humvee, and DTC HISS, but these new vehicles could be awesome!

If the figures are articulated like the small Halo stuff and can exchange weapons, I might be pretty stoked about this stuff. I've already got plenty of RAH stuff. Besides, the DTC will probably continue for a while which is also cool with me. I haven't even gotten around to getting Wave 3 of the DTC, so maybe my interest in RAH stuff is waning.

Regarding the 8" Sigma 6 stuff....sounds great! Destro, Zartan, Firefly, and Lt. Stone are all welcome additions. Artic Duke is something I had a feeling was coming, which is cool with me cause I think it's a logical variant. I also think a Soldier-class Spirit, Long Range, and Cobra Commander have promise as well as a Commando Tunnel Rat. The figures will just be repainted, but the accessories on all those figures could make a world of difference. The Jungle and Urban Snake-Eyes could be interesting. I initially thought the Urban SE would be in Urban Camo, but that might be confusing next to the Firefly figure. The Jungle SE might work as a Beachhead though. The Quad vehicle also has be excited. I'll reserve judgement on the Electronic Duke until I see it.

Overall, I think Sigma 6 could be in for some exciting stuff this year. The lack of Scarlet is troubling, but maybe she'll make it in by Xmas if sales are good. I think pics of this stuff might be online Saturday, since Hasbro is open to the press. Looking forward to the stuff.
