Yeah, that's about $2 more than I thought they would be at Walmart. That price makes them cost about $1.12 less than what I pay for DC Direct figures. I'm not sure if I'll be buying this line. If I do, it will probably be the heroes only.

BTW, the guy on RTM that found them is in Utah.

I've pretty much stopped picking up villains from DCD as well. I just don't have enough room (or funds) for the massive amount of figures that come out every year. I will pick up any GA, SA, or BA villains that they make (like the upcoming COIE2 Luthor & Brainiac) but DCD doesn't make many....they pretty much concentrate on MA like Mattel will be.

10 bucks for a figure...its like mcfarlane toys, but at least these move.

Not without taking them out of the package first! @smilepunch@

time for a misb vs lose topic...

lol, maybe after the holidays...but I may want to check out the batman out of the package.

I think they will be the same size of the former Batman comic line.

That's my understanding as well....

I have looked at the pictures on ebay many times over the last few hours and cannot tell whether Batman has hip articulation so he could move his legs from side to side like a side kick. It looks like he does come with some really nice accessories though. From what I can see they look like the ones from the Comic Con exclusive a few years back. Also, it looks like Bane has knee articulation which is definitly an improvement. Can any one tell what accessories come with the three villains.

Thanks.

I'll probably snag Bats. I'll wait for the Superman figures till I get really excited. Bane Scarecrow and Croc all kinda suck to me. Especially with Mattel's scale issue. Looking forward to Bizzarro though. And $9-$10 is a little high, I'll just stick with DCD running strong for almost 7 years...Mattel can barley manage to keep a line going for two, they're lucky they got the JLU licsense.

Wait, that's a weird choice for Batman, 70's blue but with no yellow oval. That's a slight disappointment, I prefer either black with no oval, or blue with an oval. Are there variants?

Just one thing that bugs me.

DC Superheroes series1 actually has only 1 "hero"

wouldnt DC Supervillians sounds more appropreate for the line?

Its just a name. Like Marvel Legends, its a brand name for their toys. Notice the DC Superheroes on the new JLU toys too.

I'm fine with it not having the oval....I mean look at Hush Batman, he has the same basic layout....and that's one great Batman....so don't worry about it man. :D
