I DON'T Know if anyone has read the New Superman Allstars but he recently flew into the sun and has been experiencing New powers, and in this comic they were testing supes strength, and with one arm behind his back he was lifting 200 Quintillion tons, Now I know thats a very farfetched number but that should put to rest who's the strongest super Hero in comics. Superman would kicks Hulks A$$$$$ all over the Marvel Universe, "hulks the strongest there is" please!!!!

If all you care about is which character is the strongest, why aren't you just into weightlifting or bodybuilding?

Superman's only as strong as the current editor will let him be. Besides, the more powerful he gets, the less interesting a character he becomes.

Now stop trolling if you don't mind.

It doesnt matter how strong you are if one ounce of krptonite is all that is needed to kill you.

That's a good point.

How do you weigh something that's 200 Quintillion tons so that you KNOW it's 200 Quintillion tons?

Oh, Synch, I can't begin to tell you how much I loathe All Star Batman. Ooooo....that was a bad one; I rarely ever actually want my money back from a comic. I was joking with the comic shop owner about that, and he nervously paused and said "wait, are you serious?"

He'd actually had someone else actually ask for a refund for it. For the first time ever.

i was discussing the Batman vs Supes thing at work earlier today. I know this debate was here before us and will be here long after we die. So i've decided to agree to disagree. But someitmes i wish they would have an issue where superman is fed up with the debate and totally loses his f***ing mind just to show everyone what he is really capable of.

PS. neither can beat Chuck Norris

Well I guess they could just expose Hulk to more Gamma radiation and make him so strong that no one else could claim that any other superhero was stronger, but what kinda hack writter would pull something like that....

Oh wait.

Okay...we put the Hulk and Superman in a steel cage, elimination, no hold barred, handicap, you can't see me, hell in the cell, tables ladders and chairs match and see who comes out.

@loll@

This is some funny stuff. Just keep telling yourself "it's only a comic book. it's only a comic book. 20 quntillion tons doesn't exist because no one could even measure such a weight. it's purely theoretical. it's only a comic book, it's only a comic book". Reading this thread just made my night. Thanks much guys.

Nobody in the Marvel universe (this is a personal opinion) has the status Superman has.  He is a legend, he inspires people, even when he is just a comic character.

@loll@ Lets not over romanticize what Superman is....I mean really he’s just a comic book character written and drawn by a bunch of men and women in an office building. What has he inspired you or anyone else to do, other than read more of his comics?
