Did Anyone Else Think This

not even Megatron, or DEVCON who doesnt want a Devcon, next to Elita-One and Alpha Trion he is one of the most wanted Tf's in toy form.

Devcon had one appearance in the show. ONE. Skids had more appearances in the cartoon than Devcon. That should speak for itself in multiple volumes. It's a good assumption that most people don't even know of the character.

I don't think that I'd want the OTFCC Devcon....I like Slugslinger, but seriously, that mold is just too floppy, even when the pins are secured tightly. As Scottie said, the only one that truly had my interest was the Defensor mold, but that's only because G1 Defensor holds a special place in my heart. The other ones-meh.

That's why the TF brand is becoming so insanely dull, when they could create some new molds for old favorites, they come with some crappy repaints, retooled repaints, or crappy repaints of the same character.

I'd like to think of GF. Jackshot as an updated Brawn, and Energon Cliffjumper as Roadbuster. That's what i can call updated versions of the characters; It's a shame that these days nobody else think that way.

It was cooler in the old days, even the Diaclone days. Damn you all Hasbro and Takara. @grumpy@

Except for one thing. Devcon got more exposure in that ONE appearance than Skids did in all of his. Skids had like 2 lines in all of G1, whereas Devcon was the co-star of his ep.

I know....it's ironic, isn't it? I mean, Skids has technically been around longer thanks to the Diaclone mold...yet Skids still continues to get no love. @smilepunch@

EDIT: I'd also like to point out that the number of appearances that Skids has over Devcon in the show isn't a vastly larger number. @smilepunch@
