That actually is a classic, I own it, it's a hilarious comedy in the tone of the Naked Gun, but it's from before the Naked Gun series of movies began, I haven't been able to find the original (That's a sequel.) But it is just as good.

Isn't anyone slightly worried about the inclusion of so many new characters? For the X-Men we now have Cyclops, Wolerine, Prof. X, Storm, Rogue, Iceman, Colossus, Beast, and Angel. For the brotherhood we've got Magneto, Mystique, Pyro, Juggernaut, and possibly Omega Red. Altogether that's 14 characters total, 4 new characters, and at least the possibility of two huge X-Men storylines in the Phoenix Saga and the Sentinels. How long is this movie supposed to be again? Combine that with the track record of multiple bad guy comic books movies (Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, Superman III, Superman IV) and Brett Ratner (who isn't the best director ever, but not the worst) and I'm worried we're trying to stuff too much into one movie. I want to see all of it. I want the Phoenix Saga and the Sentinels and the Hell Fire Club and the Morlocks and Omega Red and so much more but I doubt this movie will amount to much because they're just trying to do too much. But the trailer looked pretty good.

The hard thing making a X-men movie is that it's hard to get all the characters in 1 movie. In X2, tell me how many scence Cyclops was in?

Im starting to think that the costumes for the bad guys are going to suck. I mean, look at the pic--its mostly just all black. Which isnt much of a surprise, and its the same way Singer has been doing it, I guess its just now sinking into me.

 

What Im getting at is it will suck if they bring out Omega Red and hes wearing a black trenchcoat and black pants.

 

If the Sentinels come out wearing all black and subdued colors, Im REALLY going to be pissed.

Unless this movie is gonna be 3 hrs long, the most screen time all these extra mutants are gonna get is 5-10 max! Juggernaut looks like Magneto on roids with that helmet, Beast looks like a huge Smurf & with everyone wearing black leather & threnchcoats, you can't tell who is supposed to be who! As was stated before, all the other superhero movies that started to cram in tons of extra heroes/villians into the movie, sucked! Maybe this is the last X-movie so they're trying to shove every mutant they can in it. I for one hope it is the last X-movie, I'm tired of this black leather/threnchcoat attire crap! How come Spidey didn't have to go that route? Even DD stuck with the basic red costume look as did the FF.It woulda been a nice nod to the real X-fans of the comics if they woulda worn their spandex costumes for some climactic battle with the Sentinels at the end of the movie. The Batman movies at least kept him in costume, although black & Superman is gonna be in his iconic look. Why not X-men?
