I was able to buy the first 4 watches, as well as the first 4 toys, without buying a single piece of food.

 

They were totally backwards at first, saying I could buy the watches seperate and needed a kids meal for the toys, but then the manager overheard and said "oh he can buy those too if he wants."

 

So, despite this BK being a trek for me, I guess I will finish out the line at this one.

really, here I don't need to buy jack, I get the toys for around $2 each the watches by them selfs are like $5 though :S

I was charged a dollar for the toys and 1.99 for the watches for those interested.

 

Synch before the BK near me closed, I could buy the toys as well, but they died after week 2, so for the remainder of the promotion I had to go elsewhere and buy tonsa food all the time. I seriously gained some weight for awhile.

I found a BK that lets you buy both the watches and toys without buying food.

 

They had a big problem getting rid of the toys from last time, so now they just let me buy them w/out food.

Some BKs will let you buy the stuff sans food. It's the ones that will not let you that are the ones who don't want to be bothered by us. I scored most of the first batch with no food purchase and this batch is the same. It all depends on which store you go to.
