I showed my Mom a picture of a 3" and 8" Joe and she said the S6 looked like robots.

 

Yeah, my wife said they look like man-doll action figures on steroids. (lol)

My wife indicated they looked more like they were anorexic, with large heads, hands and feet with puny, skeletal looking bodies....at least the ones with no pants on anyway.

That would be cool but I still only have Duke from Wave 1! I still need to pick up Spirit, HD, and maybe Snake Eyes. I've been picking up older DC Direct figures so my toy budget has been strained, at best.

I don't think you have to worry about it Jase! They seem to be restocking them a lot around here. Probably will be around for the rest of the year at least!

I think we need to stop and remember why we're here in the first place; to have fun sharing stories, memories, and news of G.I. Joe, not to berate each other for liking different aspects of it. Differing versions of G.I. Joe can't dillute what G.I. Joe means to you, and it's gonna mean something different to everybody.

Most of the "berating" I'm seeing, is towards the members who don't like something, not towards those that DO like something? It's very rare that I TRUELY see all this hatin' on a member for liking Sigma Six, that's being suggested. It's always the opposite, and somebody who's a little relentless in their choice to harp on the the issue of "Sigma Suckin'" gets pounded on pretty hard, and hell...jase doesn't even care for my 'funnin' around with it now.

 

Let's keep it in context, and try to remember who's doing the nasty talk at a MEMBER and who's just being constantly nasty towards a TOY.

 

Somebody states they "HATE SIGMA SIX and it ain't REAL JOE!"

 

Who the hell is THAT directed at.....really?

and that is why i never attack anybody personally because they are toys, so i attack the toys that the person likes that is attacking a toy that i like, even if i too like the toy, i'm not afraid to down the 3-3/4 joe line, i won't be backed into a corner and not fight back #US1#
