I wouldn't mind a Jedi/Endor Luke (you could take off the poncho and helmet) and an Endor Leia added to this line as well. Five seems like such an odd number for a VOTC wave, but I'm looking forward to it regardless. Hopefully they have a good number of Scouts per box.

They might as well... About the only thing they could improve on either figure would be to add ball-jointed hips, but I'm fine with the way they are. I'd buy some more VOTC Stormies, for sure.

Vader, Chewie and Stormtrooper (, and Fett) could be released on ANH cards to fill out the rest of the original 12.

 

Why rerelease ESB Vader, instead of ANH, or even ROJ 'pointing'?

As an afterthought, I wish they had used the ROJ "skiff" card for Fett, w/ a potential SW "Fireball" rerelease

For what it's worth, I've seen rumors of a ROTJ Luke (after the repack seemed to disappear from the Endor wave), nothing solid yet, of course

As for the Jedi Luke... well, really, we might as well just toss the rumours into the wind, because we pretty much know it's gonna happen. I mean, nothing's for certain, but now that we know the VOTC line wasn't a one-shot deal, I would be very, very surprised if we didn't see one.

I hope the Jawa has a cloth robe instead of the hard plastic one.

 

I would have preferred a Luke Jedi, but Bespin one will be OK too.

 

The first VOTC Vader was the ESB/RotJ Vader. They messed up on that one by putting it on a New Hope card, because the "New Hope" Vader has the cloth draping over his chest.

 

Still, I'll continue buying VOTC's just to support a long-overdue line. I do kinda hope that in the future the backs of the cards are more retro too.

Finally saw these at Wal-Mart (along w/ the new Marvel Legends ). Had everything but X-wing Luke. I only picked up 2 Biker's. I love these things but $10 a pop is too pricey IMO.
