Custom Desert Patrol Squad Scarlett

It's been a while for me because college is kicking my butt, but I recently won the Desert Patrol Squad figure pack off of ebay for dirt cheap! And of course with Scarlett being my favorite character she has to go wherever Snake Eyes and Stalker go.

 

I saw the recent Scarlett custom on Joe Customs by IBPS and the pieces just fit together so well. I copied Hasbro's albeit sketchy paint scheme and quickly got this one out in a few hours. She was very easy, but I like how she came out.

 

When I get the package soon I'll take some team pics, but here is Scarlett...

It looks very basic, but it does look like a real Hasbro Joe. It looks really cool. The glove things kinda of add an element of Cammy from Street Fighter. LOL

The hair is from this girl's figure line called "Winx Club"

 

The head I used is Bombstrike's with Winx hair. The company made several 3 3/4" figures with interesting female hair, but ironically the redhead was the only one that fit Bombstrike's head.

 

The only place I've been able to find the small Winx Club figures has been Meijer.

Big Lots has them too. I`ve been wondering if that hair would work for months now. Guess that answers that question! Looks good!

Man, I'm off to Meijer... I love that hair, besides that little tuff in back... did you paint the hair? or was that how it came... also, what's the figure in the package look like, so I know what to look for and where to look..

Yeah I definitely feel that custom looks a lot like Cammy from Street Fighter. I love it!

exactly which winx club figure was it from?

all i can seem to find are dolls with that weaved hair.

I used the redhead in the top of the picture, no painting required. The Redhead, the blonde and the brunette all have removeable hair... but I don't know how well the other two work with Joes.

dude, that's sweet, i really want one, but no desert patrol, winx or extra bombstrike. mmm... might invest in some. I like it even more in the altered pic minus the little stick up place.

Excellent job. The hair is how Hasbro should be making the hair, instead of always too short.

I think it's great how we are all digging the hair and heading out to find Winx Club Figures.The chick with the pig tails has great hair for a Firewall custom.
