Hey check out these nice shots of Alternator Sunstreaker. He's looking good, I wonder how they'll incorporate his story into the BT line?

This guy is just awesome, and I can't wait to get 'im. The ONLY thing I don't quite like are the "bags" under his eyes, but it's not enough to make me not want to buy it. Still, a very slight remold would have been nice, but they probably would have screwed up the head, so I'm sort of glad they didn't.

He might be the second BT I get and the first that I feel I have to get, the alt yellow plastic kinda looks cheap and there were at least two shades of yellow from what I saw.

 

I like keeping my Alts/BTs in car mode, so the paint scheme is really important to me.

I think the Alt one looks allot better the the BT version. The black stripes add more to all the yellow IMO.

It's a straight repaint. I know there's not much they can do to the head, but they could have tried a little.

I was just thinking that I like the non-striped BT version better. Those stripes just look crappy.

 

As for two shades of yellow.. that was probably still a proto on display.

i like the BT-A version since it comes with the mini figure (like diaclone/microman)...but i like the stripes on the Alternators version better...ahh decisions decisions...
