Yeah, man....I'm addicted to postin' here....

Anyhow, just wanted to get this off my chest....I don't think that 3 seasons of BW were enough!!! @grumpy@

Tiger Hawk needed more screen time!!! @hmmm@

They should have used Rhinox's Transmetal body/look in/for the show!!!!

They could have used more characters that never made it on to the show (Prowl, Ramulus, Snarl, etc)!!!

The show was SOOO good (plot-wise, character wise, and so forth)!!! @cry@

The CGI was pretty cool, too (IMO)!!! :)

I'm hopin' they'll bring it back someday, with glorious NEW episodes!!! :D

That would be awesome!!!! Yessss!!! @firedevil@

Maybe they could even come out with some cool, new-and-improved BW figures too!!!

A show-accurate (Maximal) Dinobot would be awesome!!!

Probably won't happen but it's a (small) dream of mine!!! ;)

What do YOU think/say??

I think it was on long enough, infact maybe too long with all the gimmicks they started.

I do agree a lot of the later stuff was seriously rushed though. Maybe 2-5 more episodes would have been plenty.

I liked the quality of the show, hated the fact that they were all animals. Especially Prime, I mean, transforming from one bipedal humanoid into....another bipedal humanoid form? Wow.

Also by having primal turn in to a Gorilla loses the meanin of having an alternate mode though the show did come up with a good reason of havin a organic mode in the first season of BW. The later forms were getting gimmicky(if that is a word) imo.

The story and the cartoon were great. I don't like the idea of organic transformers and the toys sucked - at least that's how I feel. I'd like to see the Armada/Energon/Cybertron toys get a good show because there are a lot of good toys in there. I'm hoping Cybertron is good because I hated Energon.

I would just be happy seeing a show produced as well as Beast Wars was. None of the last 3, and most likely the 4th, even come close.

I'd like to see a cartoon series stick around for more than a 50 something episode run. They can have a main cast of regulars and then work the secondary characters in from time to time so that way they at least make an appearance in the show. Some people might not like that idea, but it's better than what they've been doing.

I loved beast wars, still watch it here on TV, own them all on DVD, i so wish they did more of it or found some way to bring it back or make lost episodes!! i always thought in some way they could have had a whole nother team, like terrorsaur never died and started his own team and got in the middle of things, and we have the whole earth to deal with here, there could have been untold stories from across the planet!!

The concept was okay, but it was really the writing (and the fact that it was written by and for North American audiences specifically, rather than being translated) that made it so good. If they didn't get the original team on board, I say leave it alone. As it seems to be the norm now to just translate Japanese shows, I say leave it as it is, so we can remember it fondly.

BTW, I have nothing against anime, or anything like that - it's just obvious that a lot gets lost in the translation, and that certain things in the script don't make sense in English and obviously get turned into nonsensical babbling.

ACtually, when an anime gets translated to be aired on T.V., they hire american writers to change it, which usually messes up the original plot and stuff since the writers aren't very good.

So instead of nonsensical babbling, we either get some stupid phrase or whatever to fill in the gaps. Also, you guys HAVE to remember that anime usually gets dumbed down when it hits t.v. in the U.S.

The cartoons were excellent, but 99% of the BW toys sucked. The cartoons proved that you can write for both adults and children without blatant pandering to children At the expense of producing that was annoying for adults to watch.

I wouldn't mind seeing the cartoon again, but if that meant more of the lame toys, then forget it.

I loved Beast WArs & have all episodes & toys in my office. I also have some MISB ones too. I agree, they should of made a

4th season. I loved the way the 3d toon was made & also NO HUMANS.

I know that a lot of people JUST ADORE Beast Wars, but as far as I was concerned it was a cheap fill in. Had it been called something other than transformers, it would have been good to me. Im sure people will shoot me, but the things didnt transform. Bending and tucking into new shapes, ok. So many of them had this shell to them that looked awkward when in robot mode, and when you tried to transform them back into beasts, you would do all this tucking and stuff, and it would never work like it was suposed to.(Nemesis Prime/Big Convoy are a great example of this). Another thing that really anoyed me was that the main characters were called Optimus Primal, and Megatron. Dont care what you say, but thats just unoriginal. Hmm lets name the leaders something cool, but what. Oh I cant think of anything, lets just call them what the old ones were called. WTH? Unoriginal, degrading and cheapening to the original leaders. I 100% agree that the stories in the most part were intertaining thanks to Simon Furman, but it was no G1 and not tranformers. I probably could have lived with just Beast Wars, as opposed Beast Wars Transformers. Tranfomers was all about inorgainc robots living a life parallel to our own. Trying to make them organic-like is just anti-transformers. But I held on to hope that REAL transformers would one day return, and lucky for me, I was right. You dont have to shoot me down, its just my opinion.

I agree. The caveman kids are much better than the whiny bossy brats they've put on since.

the animals were awsome imo. beast wars is what got me into transformers. and i thought they were wierd when i heard that in the original, they were cars. i think the cg was great, and that there should be a new toyline, and a new show exclusive too japan.

Beast Wars is so good, I sometimes think about it and crap my pants.

I don't care what anyone says, Beast Wars is the definition of a quality Transformers show. Generation One was outstanding, and nothing will ever compare to it, I know, I KNOW! >_< But Beast Wars was really, very, really great.

The thing I thought was really cool was that obviously the fate of an entire race, let alone all existence couldn't be decided by these few lost-in-space cast-aways. However, what happened? Oh yeah - IT WAS ALL PLANNED BY MEGATRON. He WANTED to go to Earth, he WANTED to find the Ark, and he WANTED to corrupt the integrity of time and space in order to bring about a new Decepticon, and therefor Predacon, empire.

Even on his best day, G1 Megs never thought of that! ;)

Not it wasn't all planned by BW Megatron.

G1 Megatron left a message on the golden disk (Which BW Megs stole)to any Decepticon decendants to go back in time and change history of the great war.

BW Megatron was primarly concerned about gathering a huge stock pile of Energon to overthrow the Maximals and take Cybertron for the Preds at first, then decided to use the golden disk to find out where the Human race evolved and kill off their ancestors so the Human race never existed, but thanks to Dinobot sacrifising himself to destroy the golden disk, Megatron turned to the plan of the original Megatron's, which he was unwilling to follow at first.

BW Megatron's plan was to find energon and destroy the human race, since they were instrumental in the Decepticons defeat.

G1 Megatron's plan which he left on the golden disk was for any decendants to go back in time and destroy Optimus Prime, with the destruction of Optimus Prime, the Autobots would've never defeated the Decepticons and the Tripredicus Council would rule Cybertron in the future, instead of the Maximal elders.
