San Diego Comic Convention and it's next weekend. July 14-17th. It's quickly becoming the premier summer event for toy companies showing off fall/winter toy lines.

yeah, it's kinda becoming the toy fair of the west. which is cool since i'm much more into toys than everything else under the popular arts umbrella. and i've been going to sdcc since 1991, so i've seen how much it's evolved and especially focusing more on toys the past few years.

Are you saying that there will be new products debuting there, products unseen before? Or do you simply mean that GI Joe will have a presense there.

Likely both, JayC himself has said the new Battle Armor Cobra Commander may be appearing at SDCC, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple more than that.

I'll be there on Sunday, cannot wait to see if there is new joe stuff as well as see everything else. Also I am hoping to get one of those lithos of XFILES, the truth is out there lol......
