Both look good. But the blackout is my fav of the 2! Good take on both they could have been arah figures!

Black Out's better than the Spy Troops version (cool character, flawed figure). I would've used Grunt 1991's head...though I doubt the goggles would fit.

Think this is the 1st time I see anyone making old sculpts outta new sculpts chars ... usually it's the other way round ... and it came out great ...

 

 

AND I HATE ST CROSS-EYED Black Out ... not sure if everyone's like that, but both mine are ... he looks seriously dumb ... when I 1st got him, I was gonna make a custom outta him with codename = Dumb F ...

excellent work, both look great. my favorite is the blackout. it was a great idea you had to do retro versions of the characters and the way you used the crimson twins shin guards as wrist guards was...brilliant!

That blackout is sweet. His head sculpt looks great. I like the added touches and that head really builds a lot of character into him.

 

The Crosshairs is nice, just no where near as cool as Blackout and so he takes a little bit of a back seat.

 

Great customs though.

Everyone has pretty much said it, but I'll say it again. That Blackout rules! Crosshair is definately cool too. It's neat to the new sculpt figs done in RAH format. Nice work as always, John.

Thanks all,

The nicest part of everyone liking Black Out over Cross Hair is the time that went into them. Cross Hair took about a half hour (the time it took to pick out the LBC parts and put him together). Black Out took several Hours. So, I'm glad it shows.
