man there is a hell of alot of joe dead witch sucks cuse we will never see them made as a fig agin cuse of hasbro dead joes stay dead.

I think Draven can back me up, but from what I understand, the "dead is dead" rule is dead, especially since Billy Lagor is a cartoon guy.

dead is dead rule is way dead. that was back when hama was involved on both ends. we have seen many dead characters in the past year. including the ultimate dead character Kwinn. still waitning on a dr. venom.

has there ever been an official scarface figure????????

most of october gaurd is dead to and we got figures of them as well.

Most of those people never even had a figure so they shouldn't even count.

Just because we have seen guys like Kwinn doesn't mean the "dead is dead" rule wasn't in effect. The comic packs are a sort of "flash back". I don't believe anyone who has died in the comics was ever given a new figure that wasn't part of a comic book 3 pack.

Comic Packs are an exception. The Stars and Stripes was supposed to be a rerelease of the original figures, which was why Breaker was included.

Guest A-MAN

In the new series, from what I read they are gonna off another underused Cobra.

Kill spree antics of the current comics are reason enough to toss any rules about characters out the window. Am I really to think that if wave 3 of DTC had Doc in it, that comic book purists wouldn't buy the figure? Puh-lease.
