Figures That Were Initially Everywhere

Has anyone else noticed this?

Some figures that were grossly abundant at first I have now noticed are starting to dwindle in number.

Some examples for me, are:

Padme

C-3PO

#6 Clone

Battle Droid

Vader

#6 clones are gone around here, Vader's still relatively easy to find but not as many as other characters. Same with Padme(I just can't find one that looks decent). Grievous(4 lightsaber attack) has just completely vanished. Kit Fisto's harder to find now(but not *that* hard).

If I had to say the three most common figures I see warming pegs here, it's wookies, Obi-Wan, Yoda, and battledroids. All versions of each of those. Nobody around here seems to be army building wookies or droids(can't blame them, I'm not either). I might get some battledroids next month just to add some variety to my display. Clones and Jedi are overwhelming Sith at the moment.,

As I am broke as a joke I actually did not even go out looking at ROTS figures until yesterday! I can attest that I did not see any C-3POs and saw few Battle Droids. There were many Darth Vader and Padmes though. I didn't see any Royal Guards but saw many different kinds of Clone Troopers.

in my area the #6 Clone, royal guard, clone pilot, clone commander, are hard to find along with all of the newer stuff

but other than that............all of the other stuff that is considered old has been just sitting there and not going down i nnumber and are peg warmers

Tarfful, Padme, C-3PO, Dooku, Vader, and blue Royal Guards.

The #6 Clone can be found with a bit of leg work, and Battle Droids are getting more common.

But I absolutely cannot find any red Guards for the life of me.

A lot of the Jedi - not just the female ones - are getting harder to find now, except for the main characters. Same with any of the Clones, and of course the Guards as well. Threepio is hard to find, too - glad I picked one up.

I see a lot of Luminara Unduli, but it took me forever to find one with a decent paint job on the face.

I think C-3PO is getting harder to find because he is popular with the kids, along with Vader. I saw little kids scavaging through pegs at wal-mart looking for those two guys.

Battle Droids are becoming a little harder to find, I was thinking of starting a small army of these myself, but I just never brought myself to it. But if you get enough of them, you can have your own little battle field when you connect all those forest bases they come with, this is the only reason I might actually start up a battle droid army.

I think what's funny is how we were all complaining that these figures were going to pegwarm so bad that we won't get any new waves for a while. I felt the same way about my wal-mart, but just recently the pegs are starting to clear up, and you can see that product is moving.

Don't worry if you missed a C-3PO or Vader or any figure from rots for that matter. All these toys are so over produced that a year after the movie they'll turn into potf2 figures where you can get them for a buck moc. (Excluding possibly the clones and royal guards).
